Limited Warranty Terms for SafeClub.in

  1. Warranty Period: The warranty period for the products purchased from our online electronic store is one year from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated explicitly on the product page.
  2. Scope of Warranty: We warrant that the products sold through our online electronic store will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications and limited to the manufacturing defects only.
  3. Warranty Services: If a defect arises during the warranty period, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the defective product with an equivalent or better model, subject to the terms and conditions of this warranty. We reserve the right to use new or refurbished parts or products for repair or replacement.
  4. Ship Back Procedure: In the event that you encounter a defect covered by the warranty, please follow these steps: a. Contact our customer support team to report the issue and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. b. Pack the product securely in its original packaging or suitable packaging to prevent damage during transit. c. Include a copy of the original purchase receipt, along with the RMA number, inside the package. d. Ship the product back to our designated address, return shipping costs paid by you and other side by us.
  5. Return Shipping Costs: As per our warranty policy, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the product to our designated address for repair or replacement. We recommend using a reliable shipping method with tracking and insurance to ensure the safe arrival of the package.
  6. Warranty Exclusions: This warranty does not cover the following: a. Any product that has been subject to misuse, abuse, or improper installation. b. Damage resulting from accidents, negligence, or natural disasters. c. Products with tampered or removed serial numbers or warranty stickers. d. Consumables or accessories that are subject to wear and tear (e.g., batteries, cables, etc.). NO WARRANTY IN CASE OF BURNT PCB, OVERVOLTAGE DAMAGE OR LIQUID SPILLS.
  7. Limitations of Liability: Our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use the product, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
  8. Governing Law: These warranty terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and subject to Ambala jurisdiction only, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
